ARCH Hawaii collaborated with AMP Agency to fabricate and install an immersive interactive brand activation for Southwest Airlines. The activation was designed to promote Southwest’s newly expanded Hawaiian routes, engaging audiences through photo walls, interactive installations, and a branded donation “Promise Wall”.

This high-impact event took place at Waikiki’s Sunset & A Movie event on Queens Beach and featured custom fabrication, experiential design, and brand integration to enhance audience engagement. ARCH Hawaii provided full-scale set design, reverse engineering, and high-quality fabrication to bring the designs to life.

Through precision fabrication, innovative experiential design, and interactive installations, we delivered a visually engaging and functional marketing experience that captivated audiences and reinforced Southwest Airlines’ key brand messages.

Overview

For this project, ARCH Hawaii was responsible for the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of three high-impact experiential activations:

  • Promise Wall – A donation-based, interactive engagement installation that encouraged audience participation and community support.
  • “Bags Fly Free” Photo Wall – A visually dynamic installation featuring floating luggage with sculpted wings, symbolizing Southwest’s free baggage policy.
  • Music & Film Activation – A custom-built, film-inspired setup featuring oversized 3D film reels, musical notes, and WiFi icons, designed to immerse attendees in an aviation-meets-entertainment experience.

Each activation was designed with modularity and durability in mind, ensuring longevity for multiple brand events across different locations. Using CNC precision cutting, high-quality materials, and expert craftsmanship, we transformed digital concepts into real-world, interactive experiences that left a lasting impact.
